Matte Coat: Film-formers, Resins, Plasticizers, and Cornstarch

Care Instructions

When applying base coat, color and top coat, let each coat dry first before applying the next coat. Base coat needs to be dry before applying color, otherwise it will chip.

For matte effect, after colour application, apply a layer of matte top coat over. Quick dry in 60 secs. Apply revitalising oil after.
